To delete a trace Deleting a trace permanently removes it and deletes all trace queue characteristics. Delete only traces you no longer need. You must stop the trace before deleting it.
You can also choose to pause or stop the trace instead of deleting it. For more information, see Starting, Pausing, and Stopping Traces.
