How to monitor replication agent performance (Enterprise Manager)

To monitor replication agent performance

1. Expand a server group; then expand a server.
2. Right-click Replication Monitor; then click Performance Monitor.
3. On the Edit menu, click Add To Chart.
4. In the Object list, select the SQL Server replication object to monitor.
5. In the Counter list, select the counter to use.
