How to script a replication topology (Enterprise Manager)

To script a replication topology

1. Expand a server group; then expand the Distributor. If the Publisher is located on a different server than the Distributor, you must first connect to the Publisher to access the publications.
2. On the Tools menu, point to Replication, and then click Generate Replication Scripts.
3. Click Distributor Properties to script the steps to the Distributor.
4. Select Publications in these selected databases; then select the databases containing publications to script.
5. Select Enable or create... or Disable or drop... to script the steps to enable or disable the selected components.
6. On the File Option tab, select whether to append the scripting steps to an existing file.
