How to create server groups (Enterprise Manager)

To create server groups

1. Right-click a server group; then click New SQL Server Registration.
2. Under Options, click (...).
3. In the Name box, enter a unique name for the new group.
4. Select a group level:
   • Top level group
   • Sub-group of

     If this option is selected, you need to select the top level group of which you want the new group to be a subgroup.

5. Repeat Steps 2 through 4 to create each new server group.
