How to start SQL Server (Enterprise Manager)

To start SQL Server

• Right-click a server; then click Start.

  The green arrow on the icon beside the server name indicates that the server started successfully. SQL Server Enterprise Manager polls Microsoft® SQL Server™ at regular intervals and displays its status using the server icon.
