How to configure virtual memory (Windows NT)

To configure virtual memory

1. In Control Panel, double-click System.
2. On the Performance tab, click Change.
3. In Initial size, enter the total paging file size (in megabytes) for all disk volumes to be 1.2 to 2 times the physical memory installed in the computer running Microsoft® SQL Server™.
