Using Web Assistant Wizard Publishing Options

There are four dialog boxes to help you publish your Web page and identify file locations, titles, reference text, and reference links.

The Publishing screen offers these options.

Option Description
Where do you want to publish this Web page? Specifies where to publish the Web Page. The path name and file name entered here is relative to where Microsoft® SQL Server™ is running. The default file specification is C:\MSSQL7\WebPage1.htm. You need adequate privileges to create files in the specified directory.
Yes, help me format the HTML Web page. Displays Web page formatting options. Two additional dialog boxes assist with the HTML page design.
No, use a template file from: Specifies to use full path specification to reference an HTML template file. This file name is relative to where SQL Server is running. The default is for no template file to be used.
Use character set: Converts data from the current SQL Server setting to the character set specified. A meta tag that specifies the chosen character set is inserted automatically only when you select the Yes, help me format the Web page option.
What do you want to title the Web page? Specifies the title used by your browser when displaying the Web page. The default title is Microsoft SQL Server Web Assistant.
What do you want to title the HTML table that contains the data? Specifies the title for the results data. The default results title is Query Results.
What size should the HTML table title font be? Displays the various HTML heading styles for headings from H1 through H6. A plus (+) button and a minus (-) button allow you to select the heading size quickly.
Apply a time and date stamp to the Web page. Causes a time and date stamp to be included on the HTML page.
Do you want column names to be displayed in the HTML table? Includes or excludes column names when generating the HTML page.
What font characteristics do you want to apply to the table data? Specifies to use fixed, proportional, bold, or italic fonts.
Draw border lines around the HTML table. Generates borders around each row and column published to the HTML table.
Do you want to include URL links and reference text in your Web page? Specifies whether to include one or more URL links and a descriptive label to a home page or other location. URL’s are published below the table.  
Do you want to limit the total number of rows returned by SQL Server? Returns all rows of data or the first x rows of data.
Do you want to limit the number of rows displayed on each Web page? Publishes x number of rows per HTML page. First, Next, and Previous links appear below the data to help navigate between the HTML pages.
