The Commerce Scenario Guide is a technical resource documenting Commerce solutions built using Microsoft technologies/software. This resource/guide is based upon real world experiences and is divided into two major sections.
The first section of this guide provides guidance to IT/IS professionals on the important technical things they must consider when designing and developing the architecture of Commerce solutions using Microsoft technologies. The following document covers this section:
The second section documents best practices in the form of case studies covering the technical details of successful Commerce implementations. The goal of this section is to enable IT/IS professionals to understand the architecture and implementation of successful Commerce customer solutions within one (or more) of three Commerce scenarios and help them design, architect, and implement similar solutions effectively.
