This command cannot complete without a specified working folder

This error has the following cause and solution:

• You selected a command that requires a working folder, without having set a working folder.

  Click OK to set a working folder for the current project now, or Cancel to cancel the command. You can also set a working folder at any time by selecting the project and then the Set Working Folder command from the File menu.
