The label cache file <File> could not be found.  Have your VSS Administrator run the Analyze program to recreate it.

This error has the following cause and solution:

• Either someone intentionally deleted this file, or a machine may have crashed while trying to write it.

  Run Analyze on the database as soon as possible.  Do not label any more files or projects, or attempt a get on a label until Analyze is complete.
