The passwords don't match

This error has the following cause and solution:

• The password you typed in the Password box does not match the one typed in the Verify box.

  If the passwords you type are identical, VSS assumes you typed them correctly, and changes your password. If you type two different passwords, VSS assumes that you entered an incorrect password.
