ITQueue::get_FinalDisposition

Gets total number of calls reaching the bottom of a call guide during the current measurement period. This indicates that a call has passed through an ACD system, moving from queue to queue, without being answered, which indicates a problem with the queue design or response times.

The measurement period is switch- or implementation-specific. (See get_MeasurementPeriod.)
