Open Issues

• Before the Windows 2000 final release, the call shutdown path may change slightly to make it easier to make shutdown of a call an asynchronous operation (helps to protect against deadlocks for MSPs that support video).
• Methods and members of worker thread class, terminal base classes and derived static terminals are documented only by the header files themselves.
