To remove an application from the Team Productivity Update database, you call TeamAppManager::UnregisterAppFactory(). It takes the application GUID as its only parameter.
This method removes the registration only. The application template may remain on the server computer on which it is installed. The application itself is responsible for its physical removal from a computer.
