The object file specified with the /Fo command-line option could not be opened.

There are several possible causes for this error:

• The given name is not valid.
  
  
• The file cannot be opened because of a lack of space.
  
  
• A read-only file with the given name already exists.
  
  
• The file is in use by another process.
