Debug setup: Unable to find server using DCOM.

The debugger is unable to use Distributed COM (DCOM) to establish a debugging session on the server. Likely causes include:

• DCOM is not properly configured on client or on the server.
  
  
• The current user does not have appropriate DCOM permissions on the server.
