Debug setup: Cannot enable debugging on server.

The debugger is unable to automatically enable debugging for the Microsoft^® Internet Information Server (IIS) application.

Do you want to continue launching the debugger? If you choose Yes, you can view the file in the debugger and in the browser, but will not be able to debug.
