Debug setup: Unable to find project on server.

The debugger could not find the application root for the project. This can occur if:

• The project has been deleted from the server. If so, you cannot proceed with debugging.
  
  
• If the project's application root was destroyed. If so, you can create a new application root using the Microsoft^® Internet Information Server (IIS) management utilities.
