The file <name> cannot be found in the local Web application.

Microsoft^® Visual InterDev™ is trying to modify the Global.asa or Dataenv.asa file, but can't this file in the local Web application.

Make sure your local Web application has been properly created, and that files required by Visual InterDev have not been inadvertently deleted.
