You're trying to perform an action in offline mode that requires Microsoft^® Visual InterDev™ to edit the Global.asa or Dataenv.asa file, but you don't have a working copy of the file. For example, you might want to use Add Data Command, which requires the Global.asa file.

Make sure you have a working copy of each of these files while working offline.
