Debug setup: Unable to find server.

The server running the process you want to debug cannot be located. Likely causes are:

• The server has gone down. Check the server.
  
  
• Distributed COM (DCOM) is unable to connect to the server. Check the DCOM installation on both the client and server computers. For details, see Debugging Remotely.
