Retrieves the name of the help file of the member.
Syntax
public String getHelpURL()
Return Value
Returns the help file name for the member. If the member does not have the help attribute, an empty string is returned.
Remarks
This method searches the member's attributes for an instance of HelpAttribute. If one is found, the associated help file name is returned.
