Retrieves the ToolTip control's autopop delay.
Syntax
public int getAutoPopDelay()
Return Value
Returns the autopop delay in milliseconds.
Remarks
The autopop delay designates the period of time, in milliseconds, that the tooltip remains visible when the mouse pointer is stationary within the tooltip region.
