Could not create workers

An error occurred while creating a worker on the local computer.

Try the following:

• Confirm that a valid APE (client or server) installation exists on all computers on which workers are specified. Confirm that the necessary DCOM and Remote Automation files and settings exist on those computers.
  
  
• If using Remote Automation, make sure the Automation Manager is running on those computers.
