Use this dialog box to set summary information about installation logic and data for your package file. Summary information is displayed to your end users when they view the properties for your package file.
You reach this dialog box in two steps:
Set the title that appears in the end user's Properties page for the installer package (.msi) file. The default is the .msi file name shown.
Set the string that appears as the Subject in the end user's Properties page for the .msi file. The default is the Project Name shown.
Set the product manufacturer's name. The default is the name of the company the operating system is registered to.
Establish keywords by typing them here. Application end users can then locate the installed application by searching for these keywords.
Add comments to your installer package by typing them here. By convention, these comments convey the general purpose of the package file. A typical comment is: "This installer contains the logic and data required to install ProductName," where ProductName is the name of the installed product.
Accept the summary properties shown, and do not close the Project Properties dialog box.
