Cannot add (or refresh) project outputs. Cannot find the Package and Deploy wizard. Visual Studio Installer uses the Microsoft Visual Basic Package and Deploy wizard to compute dependencies of Visual Basic projects.

The project outputs could not be added or refreshed because the Microsoft^® Visual Basic^® Package and Deploy wizard is not installed. The Package and Deploy wizard is required in order to successfully add Visual Basic projects to your installer project.

To install the Package and Deploy wizard, run setup for Visual Basic and select the Add/Remove option. From the Options list, select the first option (Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0) and then click Change Option. Choose Package and Deploy Wizard from the list of available options, and complete the installation.
