Specifies a Microsoft® Windows® installer property that can be used at installation run time to override the path of a special folder. If this property is blank, the name of the folder cannot be changed at installation.

An example Property property setting is TARGETDIR. Typically, the value of TARGETDIR is set at the command line or through a user interface.
