Type of Agent Service | Conditions for Selecting the Type of Service |
---|---|
Physical | The computer manages physical devices, such as a hard disk partition. |
Management of logical devices | The computer uses applications that send data using the TCP/IP protocol suite. This service should always be enabled. |
Datalink/Subnetwork | The computer manages a bridge. |
Internet | The computer functions as an IP gateway (router). |
End-to-end | The computer functions as an IP host. This service should always be enabled. |
