ASP Best Practices |
If a single comment spans multiple lines, each line must begin with the standard VBScript comment symbol ('). Large, multistatement comment blocks should be formatted as in the example below.
Example:
Sub ShowIt()
'======================================
'This procedure is called when the
'user selects a language.
'
'It displays an appropriate select
'item based on their language choice.
'
'The method choices are each contained
'in a separate div.
'======================================
Dim vntCurrLang
vntCurrLang = document.all.langselect.value
Select Case vntCurrLang
Case "C"
document.all.cdiv.style.display = ""
Case "VB"
document.all.vbdiv.style.display = ""
Case "J"
document.all.javadiv.style.display = ""
End Select
End Sub
