This method calls CFirePropNotifyEvent::FireOnRequestEdit to notify all connected IPropertyNotifySink interfaces that the specified control property is about to change, if your control class derives from IPropertyNotifySink. If your control class does not derive from IPropertyNotifySink, this method returns S_OK.
