CRect::operator +

This operator obtains a CRect object that is equal to this CRect, but displaced by the specified offsets. The parameter’s x and y (or cx and cy) parameters are added to CRect’s position.

Use the third overloaded implementation of this operator to obtain a new CRect object that is equal to this CRect object, but inflated by the number of units specified in each member of the size parameter.
