This method should always return NOERROR.
Remarks
The IDccManSink::OnLogInactive method is implemented by a client application and is called to indicate that the Windows CE connection manager has initiated a disconnection between the desktop computer and the Windows CE–based device.
This method is called only for a client application running under Windows 95; it is not called if the client is running under Windows NT.
