This gets all custom data items for the library.

Syntax
HRESULT GetAllCustData( CUSTDATA *pCustData );
Parameters
pCustData
Returns a pointer to CUSTDATA, which holds all custom data items.
Return Values
One of the values described in the following table is returned.

| S_OK | Success. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Out of memory. |
| E_INVALIDARG | One or more of the parameters is invalid. |
Remarks
After the call, the caller needs to release memory used to hold the custom data item by calling ClearCustData.
