A variable information block has the following form:

Parameters
langID
Specifies one of the language identifiers specified in Remarks.
charsetID
Specifies one of the character set identifiers specified in Remarks.
Remarks
More than one identifier pair can be given, but each pair must be separated from the preceding pair with a comma.
The lang-charset parameter specifies one of the language codes shown in the following table.
