This message retrieves the width of a column in report or list view. You can send this message explicitly or by using the ListView_GetColumnWidth macro.

Syntax
LVM_GETCOLUMNWIDTH wParam = (WPARAM)(int) iCol; lParam = 0;
Parameters
iCol
Index of the column. This parameter is ignored in list view.
Return Values
The column width indicates success. Zero indicates failure. If this message is sent to a list view control with the LVS_REPORT style and the specified column doesn’t exist, the return value is undefined.
