Provides the methods that allow a DTC object to publish and subscribe to Choice objects.

When a DTC object (IDesignTimeControl) is first created, the Choices engine provides the DTC object with an IDesignTimeControlSite interface. The DTC object calls methods on this interface to publish and subscribe to Choice objects.
