Gets the fully qualified path of the Windows virtual machine manager (VMM). For Windows 95, this service is available following initialization. Uses ECX, EDX, Flags.

• Returns, in the EDX register, the address of a null-terminated string containing the fully qualified path of the VMM (VMM32.VXD). The ECX register contains the length of the directory portion of the string, up to and including the last backslash (\).
