Cancel preparation for changing the current Hardware Profile.

• Returns CR_SUCCESS, CR_FAILURE, CR_NOT_SYSTEM_VM or CR_INVALID_FLAG.

ulFlags

Must be zero.

This function should only be called by a Plug and Play BIOS Enumerator if it makes a successful call to CONFIGMG_Query_Change_HW_Prof but later finds some other reason to cancel the docking or undocking action.
