This service converts the time passed in the net time format into the DOS time format. Note that the net time passed in is in UTC, but the DOS time returned is local time. The conversion is done as part of the service.

NetTime

Time in net time format, that is, number of seconds since 1/1/1970 in UTC format.

• The time is returned in the DOS format in the dostime_t structure.
