Updating the Registry

It's not enough to know what is in the Registry; you'll also want to know how to store and retrieve information. You can access data in the Registry in any of these three ways:

• Use the built-in tools (the Registry Editor and Control Panel)
• Use the Win32 API
• Use registration files
