DelayBuffer Property

Returns a Short value specifying the size of the delay buffer in Windows Media Encoder.

Remarks

The delay buffer is the amount of time, in seconds, allocated to Windows Media Encoder for arranging video, audio, and other data samples before the stream can be rendered by the client.
