Using DVD with the Windows Media Player Control
This section explains how to play back DVD-Video through the Microsoft® Windows Media™ Player control. This section provides an overview of the basics of digital video disc (DVD) and its unique features; defines DVD-specific properties, methods, and event codes; and explains how to play back DVD-Video through a Web page.
Note To use DVD playback with the Windows Media Player control, you need to have Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5, the Microsoft® Windows® 98 OEM Service Release (OSR), or Microsoft® Windows® 2000 installed.
