Exposes the following methods.

| CreateUserAuthentication | Called to create a user-authentication object for each instance of a client connection. |
| GetAuthenticatorClass | Called to retrieve the class ID of the authenticator. |
| GetAuthenticationType | Called to specify the authentication type. |
| Initialize | Called once by the server when the authenticator is loaded into memory. |
