Windows Media Station Clients

Each station can be associated with one or more clients. A client can be Microsoft® Windows Media™ Encoder, or another Windows Media Station control. A client can also be an instance of Microsoft® Windows Media™ Player connected through the Media Streaming Broadcast Distribution (MSBD) protocol. Essentially all clients are connected through the MSBD protocol or Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).
