Description

Sets or retrieves whether the font style is italic, normal, or oblique.

Syntax

object.style.fontStyle[ = fontStyle]

Remarks

The settings for the property are italic, normal, or oblique. Internet Explorer 4 displays italic and oblique identically.

This property has read/write permission.
