Sets or retrieves the speed of the MARQUEE scroll.
Syntax
HTML <MARQUEE SCROLLDELAY = iDelay ... > Scripting marquee.scrollDelay [ = iDelay ]
Possible Values
iDelay Integer that specifies the delay, in milliseconds. The property is read/write with a default value of 85.
