VALIGN Attribute | vAlign Property


Sets or retrieves how text and other content are vertically aligned within the object that contains them.

Syntax

HTML<ELEMENT VALIGN = sAlign ... >
Scriptingobject.vAlign [ = sAlign ]

Possible Values

sAlign String that specifies one of the following values:
middleAligns the text in the middle of the object.
centerAligns the text in the middle of the object.
baselineAligns the base line of the first line of text with the base lines in adjacent objects.
bottomAligns the text at the bottom of the object.
topAligns the text at the top of the object.

The property is read/write with a default value of middle.
