Knopf Online — Established in 1981, Knopf Online is a San Francisco-based training and consulting firm that offers public and onsite seminars on Windows Help, HTML Help, RoboHELP, WinHelp Office, and online information design. Founded by David Knopf, an expert in online technologies and a RoboHELP Certified Trainer, Knopf Online offers public seminars every 6 to 8 weeks in San Francisco and Chicago. All of our seminars can also be presented onsite.

In addition, Knopf Online provides consulting services to the business community, especially the high-tech industry. We design, develop, and produce technical and marketing communications, including printed and online publications, Windows Help systems, and Web sites.
