IHTMLLinkElement::get_readyState Method


Retrieves the current state of the link.

Syntax

HRESULT get_readyState(
    BSTR *p
);

Parameters

p
Address of a string (BSTR) that contains the state of the link. The link's state is initially set to uninitialized and then to loading. When loading of the data is complete, the state of the link object passes through the loaded and interactive states to reach the complete state. For details, see the readyState property.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.
