IHTMLRuleStyle::get_backgroundPositionX Method


Retrieves the x-coordinate of the background-position attribute for the element.

Syntax

HRESULT get_backgroundPositionX( 
    VARIANT *p 
);

Parameters

p
Address of a variable that receives the x-coordinate. For details, see the background-image attribute. This parameter receives NULL if the parameter is not set.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Windows CE

Windows CE Use version 2.12 and later
Minimum availability Internet Explorer 4.0

IHTMLRuleStyle::put_backgroundPositionX Method


Sets the x-coordinate of the background-position attribute for the element. The attribute determines the initial horizontal position of the background image, if any.

Syntax

HRESULT put_backgroundPositionX( 
    VARIANT v 
);

Parameters

v
String or value that specifies the x-coordinate, or NULL to remove the attribute. For details, see the background-position attribute.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Minimum availability Internet Explorer 4.0
